Jeff McDaniel is one of the founding members of Velocys and leads the company’s business activities to develop a next generation synthetic fuel reactor technology. He established research programs with industrial partners, the Department of Energy and U.S. Army to advance Velocys’ technology development efforts.Jeff’s background includes roles at Battelle Memorial Institute and General Electric. He holds seven U.S. patents and has authored/co-authored over two dozen papers and presentations on microchannel technology. He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and an M.B.A. and an M.S. in Environmental Studies from the University of Michigan.
